Frequency Therapy and Side Effects: Objectively Assessing Symptoms
A temporal association warrants further investigation. It proves neither a side effect nor a cure—and should not lead to the trivialization of new symptoms.Continue reading

A good instruction manual answers a specific question about how to use the device and specifies the device to which it applies. Herbert Eder This section brings together resources on frequency devices, software, and frequency lists. The focus is on clear, step-by-step instructions: backing up programs, restoring settings, mapping files, and correctly describing technical messages.
First, check that the model, device type, and software version match those in the manual. A menu item may have a different name or be missing in another version. It’s also a good idea to back up existing programs and document any changes. If you know the original state of the system, you can more easily identify a faulty import and revert to the previous state. For installation, power supply, and accessories, the manufacturer’s original documentation remains authoritative.
A list may contain values, programs, names, and supplementary parameters. To ensure it is technically understandable, the source, data status, unit, and file format must be clearly identified. Hertz and kilohertz differ by a factor of one thousand; a missing or incorrectly entered unit significantly alters the meaning of a number. Additionally, it must be clarified whether multiple values are intended to be used sequentially, simultaneously, or in a specific sequence. Such information must not be inferred from a program name.
When reporting an issue, the exact wording, the previous step, and the connected components are helpful. This makes it possible, for example, to distinguish a question about connectivity from a question about software installation. Instructions should only list the steps documented for the specific model. If a note remains unclear or a feature behaves unexpectedly, it makes more sense to contact the manufacturer than to experiment with unknown settings.
Frequency lists are records of specific data sets. The association of a disease or pathogen name with a program does not constitute a diagnosis or indicate therapeutic benefit. This section therefore explains the technical management and origin of the data. Individual application, contraindications, and health goals must be clarified separately. In this way, the instructions help ensure a clear understanding of how to use the program without turning a file into a personalized treatment plan.

How long and how intense should a frequency treatment be? As Herbert Eder, I would answer this question only after determining the exact technique. One minute of sound, one minute of electrical stimulation, and one minute of magnetic field exposure are not comparable doses. Nor does the classification of people as „sensitive“ or „robust“ provide a validated treatment plan for this.Continue reading
Eine Frequenzzahl neben einer Krankheitsbezeichnung ist zunächst eine Zuordnung. Ob sie messbar, diagnostisch aussagekräftig oder therapeutisch nützlich ist, muss jeweils eigenständig geprüft werden.Continue reading
Contraindications cannot be derived from a general term. The decisive factors are the device, the location of use, the user’s health status, and the accompanying instructions for use.Continue reading
How often is frequency therapy recommended? Without knowing the specific procedure and its goal, it’s impossible to provide a reliable weekly schedule. As Herbert Eder, I’d like to help you ask the right question: Which treatment is actually appropriate for my condition, and what exactly does this procedure entail?Continue reading

Continue reading
