How to Access a Webinar: Registration, Activation, and Playback Help

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Have you booked a webinar but can't find it or play it? First, check where the problem is occurring: during registration, during activation, or during playback. Following this order prevents unnecessary rebookings and helps support correctly route your request.

Log in with the account associated with the transaction

The login information published on frequenz-therapie.com refers to the personal customer area and „My Webinars.“ Use the same email address you used when booking. Logging in with a second, equally valid email address may result in a different account where the booked content is missing. [1]

Go to the website yourself and log in. Compare the address on file with the booking confirmation. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset feature in your account. Do not create another customer account to resolve this issue.

When will the webinar be available?

According to the provider, activation occurs automatically upon successful credit card payment. For prepayment, it is carried out manually once the payment has been posted. The provider’s information indicates a possible processing time of one to three business days; this information is not a guarantee for every individual case. A transfer confirmation initially verifies your payment order, but does not yet confirm internal processing. [1]

Check the order number, payee, and payment description against your records. If the account information is correct and a paid transaction is still missing, contact Support. Do not purchase the same access again as a precaution.

The webinar is visible, but it isn't playing properly

Start by performing some simple checks: Has the video started playing? Is the player, browser, or device muted? Is the audio being sent to connected headphones or another output device? Next, check to see if you have a stable Internet connection and if any error messages are displayed.

Reloading the page or trying a different, up-to-date browser may help narrow down the issue. As you do so, make a note of any changes you notice. Do not disable your security software across the board. If the browser requests a specific permission for the website, read the purpose of that permission before granting it.

A support request that's easy to work with

Take advantage of the official channel of communication. [2] Please provide the webinar title, order number, registration address, payment date, and a detailed description of the problem. For playback errors, please include the device, browser, and the exact wording of the error message. A screenshot should show only the necessary portion of the screen.

Passwords, full card numbers, or access codes do not belong in a message. Also, note whether the webinar is missing entirely or is already displayed. Making this distinction often reduces the number of follow-up questions.

Plan Access and Learning Consciously

Please read the terms and conditions of your specific booking regarding the access period, recordings, and downloads. A working access does not imply an unlimited right of use. To prepare the content, you can find a Learning Path on Frequency Therapy and a Classification of Scientific Studies. This will allow you to clearly distinguish between technical specifications, real-world experience, and clinical evidence during the webinar.
