DNA Frequencies raise an intriguing question: How are biological Information, molecular movements, and physical vibrations? Anyone who works with frequency databases encounters numerous names and numerical values. But what does it actually mean when a specific frequency is assigned to a microorganism? How is such an assignment made? And what conclusions can actually be drawn from it?
In this series of articles, I would like to present the entries from the underlying DNA frequency database in an accessible way. The focus is on the respective terms, the documented frequency values, and the biological context. All frequency values in our database are given in hertz, abbreviated as Hz.
This introductory article explains the key concepts. It shows what frequencies describe, what role DNA plays, and how Resonance how it should be classified and why it is necessary to carefully distinguish between a database entry, a research finding, and a medical application.
My goal here is neither to overload the topic with hasty promises nor to rule out interesting questions from the outset. What matters most is to present, in a clear and understandable way, what has been documented, what has been investigated, and which questions remain unanswered.
What are DNA frequencies?
In this series of articles, the term DNA Frequencies: The frequency assignments from the database used. This collection associates specific terms with one or more numerical values in hertz.
This refers, first and foremost, to a documented assignment. Whether a specific value comes from a measurement, a calculation, or another source must be clarified separately for each entry.
This distinction is essential. A name next to a number does not, in and of itself, explain how that number was determined. Similarly, it does not, on its own, reveal whether it describes a molecular movement, a technical device setting, or some other defined classification.
Therefore, a clear principle applies to this series of articles:
A documented frequency value is presented as a documented frequency value. Any interpretation beyond that requires a clear justification.
In this way, the collection can serve as a starting point for research and contextualization, without claiming more in the initial description than the available information allows.
DNA: What Biological Information Means
DNA stands for deoxyribonucleic acid. This molecule contains essential genetic information about an organism. Its well-known double helix consists of two intertwined strands. The sequence of the four bases—adenine, thymine, guanine, and cytosine—carries the biological information. DNA segments can, for example, contain instructions that are used, via intermediate steps, to produce proteins. Genome.gov
When we talk about DNA frequencies, we should distinguish between two different descriptions: A DNA sequence describes the order of molecular building blocks. A frequency describes the rate at which a periodic process repeats. First of all, these are different sizes. Genome.gov
A base sequence cannot, therefore, be equated with a specific Hertz value solely on the basis of its existence. If a frequency is to be derived mathematically from genetic information, the method used must be specified.
This raises specific questions: Which sequence was used? Which mathematical rule was applied? What assumptions underlie the calculation? And are there any measurements that confirm the physical significance of the result?
A calculation can be mathematically correct without necessarily describing a measured natural frequency or a therapeutically effective frequency.
DNA Frequencies in Hz: What Hertz Actually Means
Hertz is the unit of frequency. In a periodic process, one hertz means one repetition per second. A signal with a frequency of 1,000 Hz therefore undergoes 1,000 periods within one second. The unit thus describes how often something repeats—not how strong it is. NIST
This difference is particularly important when reading our database. A high hertz value does not automatically indicate intensive use. Similarly, a low value does not automatically indicate light use.
The frequency answers only one specific question: How many times per second does the process in question repeat?
This leaves other questions unanswered. How large is the deflection or signal strength? How long does the signal last? What shape does it have? And how is it transmitted?
A helpful analogy is a regularly recurring tapping sound. The number of taps per second describes the rhythm. However, it does not reveal whether someone is lightly tapping a table with a finger or striking it forcefully with a tool.
Accordingly, a Hertz value is an important component of a technical description, but it does not constitute a complete description of an experiment or an application.
Why the Type of Signal Matters
When comparing frequency specifications, you shouldn't focus solely on the number. It's just as important to, anything that oscillates or changes periodically.
When audio is played back, sound waves are produced. These reach the ear and are ultimately converted into nerve signals through mechanical movements in the auditory system. An audible sound is therefore, first and foremost, an acoustic event. NIDCD
A periodic electrical voltage, on the other hand, is a different physical quantity. Even if the same repetition rate is specified for both processes, it does not follow that they interact with a biological system in the same way.
A simple rule can be derived from this for interpretation: Two applications are not equivalent simply because their displays show the same Hertz value.
A meaningful comparison would also need to take into account the signal shape, strength, duration, and transmission path. Without this information, it remains unclear whether the conditions are actually comparable.
For our series of articles, this means that a database entry must not be implicitly used as a description of any audio, electrode, or field application. Such an interpretation would constitute an additional assumption that would have to be explicitly identified.
Resonance: A physical concept with clear prerequisites
Resonance refers to a particularly pronounced response of a system capable of oscillation to a suitable periodic excitation. In simple physical systems, this response depends, among other things, on the natural frequency, the excitation, and the damping. Damping, for example, influences how strong and how broad a resonance peak turns out to be. OpenStax
The term is therefore more than just a figurative expression for „something fits together.“ A resonance statement should describe which system is stimulated and what measurable response occurs.
When applied to DNA frequencies, this raises several questions: Which structure is supposed to respond? What vibration is assumed? How does the excitation reach this structure? And how would one know that resonance is actually occurring?
The statement „An organism has a frequency“ is, on its own, too vague to answer these questions.
It does not automatically follow from the general principle of resonance that every microorganism possesses a single, unchanging, and therapeutically useful frequency. Such a conclusion would have to be supported by studies of the specific system in question.
What Research on DNA and Vibrations Is Exploring
The study of molecular movements and the physical properties of DNA is a legitimate field of research. However, it is crucial to distinguish precisely which research question a study addresses.
One example is the paper „Long-range DNA-water interactions,“ published in 2021. In it, researchers investigated the interaction between DNA and the surrounding water using dielectric spectroscopy and molecular dynamics simulations. The study focused on processes in the megahertz to terahertz range. The collective vibrational modes of hydrated DNA described in the paper responded to environmental conditions such as temperature and water content. NSF
These results are of interest for understanding molecular dynamics. They also illustrate why the sample under investigation and its environment cannot be considered in isolation.
However, the study is No evidence of the effectiveness of specific Hertz values from our database. It examines neither this collection as a whole nor any interpretation derived from it.
Here lies an important distinction: A scientific publication may explain one aspect of the topic without thereby confirming every statement that also contains the words „DNA“ and „frequency.“.
A robust correlation would have to demonstrate that the subject of the study, the frequency range, the signal type, and the claimed effect are, in fact, consistent with one another.
How are frequency assignments determined?
For the editorial work on this series, we distinguish between three possible types of origin. This classification describes how a value can be documented. It does not assume that the specific case applies to every entry.
Measured values
A measured value should be based on a verifiable test procedure. This includes information about the sample, the measuring instruments, the measurement conditions, and the quantity actually measured.
Equally important is the question of how clear-cut the result was. Was a single maximum observed, or a broad range? Was the measurement repeated? And can the same results be obtained again under comparable conditions?
A number without this accompanying information can only be interpreted to a limited extent. Even a large number of decimal places cannot replace documented measurement quality.
Calculated Values
A calculated value is obtained by applying a mathematical rule to specific input data.
To ensure traceability, both the input data and the method must be known. Different input data or conversion rules can lead to different results.
For this reason, a calculated value should not be referred to as a direct measurement. The calculation method first explains how the number was derived. Its biological significance is a separate issue.
Imported Database Values
In the case of an inherited value, the only thing that may be known at first is that it was already included in another list.
Such a statement can also be documented. The proper wording would then be, for example: „In the collection used, the following frequency value is assigned to this designation.“
If a reliable source is missing, this gap should remain visible. Replacing it with a hypothetical measurement history or a fabricated mechanism of action would impair traceability.
Why the name of an entry is just as important as its frequency
When looking at a frequency database, it’s easy to focus on the number first. However, for a clear and understandable technical article, the corresponding label is at least as important.
Before interpreting the entry, we should clarify what is meant by “entry.” Does the name refer to a specific organism, a higher-level group, a biological structure, or some other category?
Spelling variations and additional names should also be reviewed. Two names that look similar should not be merged simply because they appear related at first glance. Conversely, a different spelling should not automatically be treated as a separate topic.
For this series of articles, this means carefully distinguishing between the source text and the editorial commentary. The original database name remains identifiable. Necessary explanations are provided in addition.
In this way, each contribution can serve two purposes: It documents the entry and, at the same time, helps us understand its biological context.
Octaving: How Doubling or Halving Changes the Sound
For this series, we define "octaving" as the repeated doubling or halving of a frequency value.
A purely mathematical example illustrates the process:
1,000 Hz → 500 Hz → 250 Hz
In the other direction, we get:
1,000 Hz → 2,000 Hz → 4,000 Hz
The relationship between the numbers is clear. Each step corresponds to a factor of two or half the initial value, respectively.
However, to ensure accurate documentation, the original value and the converted value must remain separate. A value that has been halved after the fact is no longer the same frequency as the original value, even if there is a defined numerical relationship between the two.
Similarly, this calculation yields No evidence of a consistent biological effect. The statement „The frequency was halved“ can be verified mathematically. The statement „The effect remains the same“ would be an additional claim.
In the individual entries, therefore, the original database value serves as the starting point. Any conversions must be explicitly identified as such.
What a frequency database can do—and what it can't
A well-organized database can organize information, facilitate comparisons, and provide starting points for further research. It shows which terms have been associated with which values.
You'll get even more out of it if, in addition to the numbers, you also document sources, explanations, and open questions. Then you'll have more than just a list—you'll have a comprehensive reference work.
A database alone, however, cannot replace an examination of a specific person. An entry does not automatically provide information about whether the organism in question is present in that person or is responsible for their symptoms.
Similarly, the inclusion of a value in a collection does not constitute proof of efficacy. Between „This value appears in a table“ and „This treatment helps with a specific condition,“ there are additional questions that must be answered separately.
Nor should completeness be assumed. The collection used here serves as the basis for this series of articles. This does not imply that it comprehensively covers all scientifically known properties of DNA or all conceivable frequency assignments.
From an Observation to Medical Evidence
An observed change may warrant further investigation. However, it does not automatically explain its cause.
Clinical trials use control groups, in part, to distinguish the effect of the intervention being studied from other influences. These may include the natural course of the disease, expectations, or differences between the groups being studied. The choice of control group significantly influences the conclusions that can be drawn from a study. U.S. Food and Drug Administration
If DNA frequencies were indeed being used, specific questions would need to be addressed: What measures were taken? On which individuals? For what purpose? What was measured? And what adverse effects were recorded?
A laboratory result, a case report, and a controlled clinical trial answer different questions. Therefore, they should not be treated as interchangeable forms of evidence.
Proving a physical effect does not automatically prove a medical benefit. Ultimately, what matters for a treatment is whether it offers relevant benefits under reasonable conditions and what risks are associated with it.
Classifying DNA Frequencies and Frequency Therapy Responsibly
Far-reaching claims about healing are sometimes made in connection with frequency-based methods. That is why it is important to always base statements on the method that was actually studied.
Cancer Research UK, for example, points out that there is no reliable evidence that Rife machines are effective as a treatment for cancer. The organization also warns against discontinuing effective cancer treatments in favor of an unproven method. This assessment applies specifically to Rife machines and should not be confused with a blanket judgment on every conceivable medical use of physical methods. Cancer Research UK
For our series of articles, this means that we do not derive any recommendations for the treatment of cancer, infections, or other diseases from frequency assignments.
Even the phrase „in addition to conventional medicine“ does not, in and of itself, constitute proof of efficacy. It merely indicates that a treatment should not be used in place of medical treatment. Whether an additional measure is appropriate and safe must still be evaluated on its own merits.
What to Keep in Mind When Listening to Frequencies
When listening through speakers or headphones, the focus is primarily on the audio experience. In this context, the general rules for hearing protection remain relevant.
Exposure to sound that is too loud or lasts too long can damage your hearing. An audio file is not automatically harmless simply because it is labeled a „DNA frequency,“ „relaxation frequency,“ or „healing frequency.“ The actual sound exposure and its duration are particularly crucial. NIDCD
The following also applies to the interpretation: Hearing a sound does not prove that the DNA of a specific microorganism has been specifically affected. Similarly, no diagnosis can be derived from the subjective perception of a sound.
The technical possibility of reproducing a value as an audio signal must therefore be distinguished from the question of whether this produces a specific biological effect.
What Each Article in This Series Covers
Each individual entry should provide a clear context for the corresponding database entry.
First, the term is explained. This is followed by the biological background: What is known about the organism or structure in question? Which characteristics are important for understanding it?
Based on this, the corresponding frequency value is displayed in hertz. Where verifiable information regarding the source is available, it is explained. Missing information is not replaced with assumptions.
Another component is scientific classification. Here, a clear distinction is made between research on the organism, research on its physical properties, and studies on a specific application.
The goal is to create a series of articles that provides a structured introduction for both interested readers and those with prior expertise in the field.
Frequently Asked Questions About DNA Frequencies
Does every organism have exactly one DNA frequency?
This cannot be deduced from the assignment of a single value in a database. The entry primarily documents the assignment in question. Any conclusion regarding a single, unchanging natural frequency of the entire organism would require additional investigations.
Are DNA frequencies the same as healing frequencies?
Not in this series of articles. We use the term „DNA frequencies“ to refer to the values in the underlying collection. Here, the term does not imply any promise of healing or any evidence of a therapeutic effect.
Why are all values given in hertz?
The unit "Hertz" makes frequency measurements consistently readable. It describes the number of periods per second. However, the unit alone does not reveal how a value was determined or what application it might refer to. NIST
Does a specific number prove a specific effect?
No. The precision of the notation, in and of itself, says nothing about the quality of the underlying measurement or classification. For classification purposes, the method, source, and traceability are more important than the number of significant figures specified.
Can a single name have multiple values associated with it?
In principle, multiple interpretations are possible. Their meaning should be clear from the source. Without additional information, one should not assume that all values have the same function, nor that one of them is automatically the „correct“ one.
Why are open-ended questions specifically mentioned?
Because a recognizable gap in knowledge is more helpful than a seemingly certain explanation with no basis. Those who can identify what information is missing can conduct more targeted research and better evaluate existing claims.
Conclusion: Examine DNA frequencies with curiosity and precision
DNA frequencies raise interesting questions in the fields of biology, physics, and the documentation of frequency assignments. A sensible approach, however, does not begin with the greatest possible promise of effectiveness, but rather with clear terminology and verifiable data.
The key distinction is: A database value, a physical measurement, and evidence of medical efficacy are not the same thing.
Highlighting these differences does not diminish the value of a series of articles. It actually increases its usefulness. Readers are provided not only with figures, but also with the information they need to put those figures into context.
My goal, therefore, is to create a reference work that explains the biological background, presents documented Hertz values in a clear and understandable way, and openly addresses unresolved research questions.
Curiosity sets the direction. Careful documentation makes the exploration of the topic transparent.
Medical advice
This article is intended to provide information and help users understand a frequency database. The assignments presented here are not proven treatment guidelines. They are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis or medically necessary treatment. No claims of healing are implied by the terms and frequency values mentioned. Medical treatments must not be independently altered, delayed, or discontinued solely because of the use of a frequency.
